This pdf book is the collaboration between Minnesota State and Minnesota Department of Ed in assisting school districts in development and implementation of quality programs of study within their schools. Quality programs of study provide students the opportunity to participate and engage in high-quality career and technical education that meets business and industry standards and rigor. This includes the incorporation of foundational knowledge and skills, employability skills, and core academic knowledge.
For students in grades 9-12, Minnesota Statute §120B.024 defines minimum credit requirements for graduation. This statute also allows for credit equivalencies within career and technical education programs.
